Dani Alves looks set to depart the Nou Camp this summer, after his representive has confirmed that the full-back has declined Barcelona’s final contract offer.
Alves has been with the Spanish club for 7 enjoyable years, and has won four Spanish titles and has been a Champions League winner twice during his Barcelona career.
The 31-year-old Brazilian hasn’t been able to agree a deal with Barcelona and so he’ll be leaving out the exit door, come this summer.
Alves’ agent and ex-wife Dinorah Santana was speaking at a press conference on Thursday. To sum up, she said that Alves has rejected Barca’s offer of a three-year-extension which only came into play if he was taking part in 70% of the clubs games, that season.
“The negotiations are over,” she said. “If they say this is the final offer, then they (negotiations) are over. “It doesn’t make sense. It’s very hard that we get to April and Barcelona haven’t thought about renewing Dani’s contract. “Dani is sad.”

The man who had played for Sevilla before his Barcelona days, has been linked with both Manchester United and Manchester City, alongside Ligue 1 side, Paris Saint Germain.
“He has had conversations with future candidates,” Santana said.
“PSG have not made an offer, but we have two offers of three years.”
