Manchester City have been made aware that Real Madrid’s playmaker Isco, may be available this summer.
James Rodriguez has been in exceptional form since returning from his broken foot, which means Isco has been watching on from the bench.
With Real Madrid looking to bring in either Paul Pogba from Juventus or Marco Verratti from Paris-Saint-Germain, playing time for Isco looks bleak if one of these deals come off. Therefore, Los Blancos would let the Spanish international leave the Bernabeu.
According to the Sunday People, Carlo Ancelotti will only listen to offers that are within the £35m region. This is a price that is surely in Manchester City’s budget, and they will be looking to freshen up their squad following a poor 2nd half to the season which sees them 12 points behind league leaders Chelsea.
If Isco joins City, where will he fit in? Does this mean he plays alongside David Silva, or is he dropped?
